Galaxy Dance Animated Short

Snap Animation is proud to present a short animated film made for Galaxy Dance. Taking inspiration from Cinematic Pop's cover of Dream On, we wanted to create something that visualised the look and feel of the song.

Using cycles in Blender3D we wanted to create something stylised, changing the lighting at key moments in the animation and ensuring the hair simulation reacted correctly with the dancers moves.

It was a challenging project but a lot of fun and something new for us and we took references from live action dancers to create the sequences.
